Ken Schmocker
Financial Advisor, Founding Partner
Ken Schmocker is a Financial Advisor and the Founding Partner of Schmocker Financial Services, bringing 50 years of experience in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include comprehensive financial planning, retirement strategies, estate planning, investment management, and insurance solutions.
A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree, Ken has built Schmocker Financial Services from the ground up. His dedication and leadership have earned him recognition multiple times as a Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisor*—a testament to his commitment to excellence and client success. He also holds prestigious professional designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®).
Ken is deeply committed to fostering a family-oriented culture, both in his personal life and within the firm. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, boating in the summer, and spending quality time with his family. You might also find him bowling or playing pickleball with friends—always embracing life with energy and enthusiasm.

As a Financial Advisor, President, and Partner at Schmocker Financial Services, Andy Tengblad is dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial journey with clarity and confidence. With a practical, real-world approach and a strong commitment to personal service, Andy works closely with individuals and business owners to turn financial goals into actionable plans.
Andy brings nearly two decades of industry experience to his role. Before joining Schmocker Financial in 2015, he served as President of ACT Wealth Management and began his career in 2006 with a nationally recognized financial firm. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin–Stout, where he met his wife.

Based in Holmen, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, hunting, fishing, and cheering on his kids at their sporting events.
Daniel Odenbach
Financial Advisor & Director of Business Operations
Dan Odenbach brings a depth and breadth of experience to his role at Schmocker Financial Services where he serves as a trusted Financial Advisor, Business Consultant, Retirement Specialist, and Executive Strategist. Dan works closely with individuals and business leaders to develop tailored financial strategies focused on retirement planning, family wealth transfer, employee benefits, and business succession.
He holds degrees in education and leadership from the University of St. Thomas, the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, and Marian University. Dan is also a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), accredited by the Exit Planning Institute, equipping him with specialized expertise to guide business owners through successful transitions.
Based in Holmen, Wisconsin, Dan enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife and five children. Whether it's exploring the outdoors or engaging in athletic pursuits, Dan and his family embrace every opportunity to stay active and connected.
Mike Myers, CFP®
Financial Advisor & Director of Portfolio Management and Financial Planning
Mike Myers is a dedicated financial planner at Schmocker Financial Services, where he partners with clients to help them achieve their financial goals through thoughtful, ongoing planning. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including retirement transitions, pension strategies, investment and tax planning, and estate and life insurance planning.
In addition to working directly with clients, Mike contributes to the firm’s investment management and research efforts, supports advanced financial planning strategies, and ensures smooth implementation of personalized financial solutions.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and holds a Master of Arts in Law and Financial Planning from Regent University. He became a Certified Financial Planner® professional in 2024, demonstrating his commitment to the highest standards of financial advice.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active—whether he's at the gym, on the golf course, or exploring the scenic trails around La Crosse with his wife and their dog. His approachable nature and passion for helping others make him a trusted resource for clients navigating their financial journeys.
Jacob Udermann
Financial Advisor
Jacob Udermann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he earned his degree in Personal Financial Planning. Having successfully completed all of his Series exams, Jacob is fully registered and excited to begin his journey with Schmocker Financial Services.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Jacob is committed to empowering clients to make confident, informed financial decisions. He looks forward to building lasting relationships and contributing to the firm’s mission by combining his fresh perspective with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn from the experienced team around him.
Outside the office, Jacob is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and exploring Wisconsin’s natural beauty. He’s also actively involved in his church community, values time with friends, and stays energized through an active lifestyle. Whether he's serving clients or spending time in the great outdoors, Jacob brings intentionality, integrity, and a desire to make a positive impact in all he does.
Angela Dittmer
Vice President of Client Operations
Angela Dittmer joined Schmocker Financial Services in 2015 and has been a driving force behind the firm’s commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. As Vice President of Client Operations, Angela is passionate about creating seamless, personalized interactions for every client. She continually seeks innovative ways to enhance internal processes and integrate cutting-edge technology to better serve the firm’s growing clientele.
Angela holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation, which deepens her insight into the financial planning strategies offered by Schmocker Financial’s advisors. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and an associate degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Outside the office, Angela enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, exploring new destinations, and cheering on Wisconsin’s sports teams. A devoted fan of the Badgers, Packers, Bucks, and Brewers, she dreams of traveling to away games during retirement to combine her love of sports and adventure.
Diane Spaeth
Director of Continuous Improvement
In June 2025, Diane Spaeth joined Schmocker Financial Services as Director of Continuous Improvement after having spent two decades as an educator, then transitioning into the manufacturing sector where she spent 11 years leading projects in the Continuous Improvement arena where her work centered on enhancing process efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering a culture of client-focused innovation and growth. Diane is passionate about empowering organizations to evolve through thoughtful, collaborative change and continuous learning.
In her current role, she partners with the Financial Advisor leadership team to facilitate strategic business model planning and execution, process optimization, and team development. Her cross-sector experience and tactical-thinking approach bring a fresh perspective to financial services operations, helping the team align functional practices with long-term growth objectives to best serve our Clients.
Diane, a Sparta native who has spent her career in the Milwaukee area, returned to be close to her large extended family and her three adult children who have also found the Driftless Region the place to call home. She enjoys spending time outdoors: on the river, on the hiking and biking trails, in her peaceful back yard, and playing with her loveable grand dogs.
Cheryl Fischer
Client Services Assistant
Cheryl Fischer joined Schmocker Financial Services in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in customer service to her role as a Client Services Assistant. She holds an associate degree in business from Western Technical College in La Crosse and is known for her warm approach and dedication to supporting both clients and team members.
Outside the office, Cheryl enjoys spending time in the kitchen, crafting creative projects, and exploring the outdoors. She is an avid rockhounder who delights in showcasing her beautiful discoveries to others who share her passion. She loves traveling across the U.S. with her family, especially when accompanied by her wonderful granddaughter, who adds extra joy to every adventure.

Keleigh Salinas joined the Schmocker Financial Services team in 2024 as a Client Services Assistant, bringing a warm and detail-oriented approach to supporting both clients and advisors. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs in 2023.
Originally from the Denver-Metro area, Keleigh relocated to the La Crosse region in the summer of 2024 and has enjoyed getting to know the community ever since. Outside of the office, she loves exploring the outdoors, reading, baking, painting, and cheering on the Colorado Avalanche. A beach enthusiast at heart, Keleigh also enjoys relaxing on the shores of Maui and planning her next coastal getaway.
She looks forward to building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the exceptional service Schmocker Financial is known for.

Jameson Elsen joined Schmocker Financial Services in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly became a vital part of the team. As the first point of contact for both phone and in-person client communications, Jameson is the welcoming voice and friendly face of the firm. His commitment to providing exceptional service helps ensure every client interaction is satisfactory, professional, and positive.
Jameson earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Western Technical College in 2024. With a growing interest in financial planning, he is enthusiastic about expanding his knowledge of the securities industry and has begun his journey to further his knowledge and career in the financial industry.
Outside the office, Jameson enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family and friends. His approachable nature and dedication to client care make him a valued member of the Schmocker Financial team.
Emma Chambers
Client Services Assistant
Emma Chambers joined the Schmocker Financial Services team as a Client Services Assistant in June 2025, bringing a strong foundation in customer service and a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in 2024, following an Associate of Science degree from Madison College in 2022.
Known for her ambition, positivity, and keen attention to detail, Emma is dedicated to creating seamless and supportive experiences for clients. Her background in psychology and customer service equips her with a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every interaction.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking, volunteering in her community, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Lynne Freascher
Client Services Assistant
Lynne joined the Schmocker Financial Services team in August 2025, bringing with her over 30 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager. She holds an Administrative Assistant Certificate from San Antonio, TX, and an Associate Degree in Administrative Professional Studies from Madison Technical Community College.
Lynne approaches her client interactions and service with detail-oriented professionalism. She is dedicated to providing exceptional support to both clients and colleagues. Her extensive background in office administration and client service makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her two sons—one in La Crescent, MN, and the other in Arvada, CO. A passionate Zumba instructor for the past nine years, she has been teaching classes in the La Crosse area for the last four. Lynne also has a deep love for music and can often be found enjoying live performances at Moon Tunes during the summer months.
